I love making these each Spring to give to my son’s class right around Easter break. It is so easy. All you need are Wilton plastic cones (the kind you use to frost/decorate cookies and cakes), 1/4 cup of small candies per treat, twist ties and ribbon. I cut off excess plastic from the tops of the cones with pinking shears after filling and tying them off.
I finally got around to taking pictures of the different Twilight covers of the DVDs that my daughter and I own. We have a total of 5 copies between us (Borders, Hot Topic, Target, Costco and iTunes). Each had some special something-something that distinguished it from the others. See the pictures in the slideshow below for some of the great loot!

Adorable treat bags. I saw Twilight, but prefer the books to the movie. Glad you and your daughter are sharing this fun obsession. Best wishes for a successful surgery.
